Some time in 2024, life happened, and one bad thing after the other kept popping up. Bad news was all over the horizon, and I just fell into a hole of anxiety and depression. Didn’t want to get up, got addicted to my phone, kept watching series just to numb my brain and get through the day, and was pretty much living on junk food. All my good intentions and efforts from the past years went down the drain within a few months. This went on for almost 6 months.

Luckily, my inner entrepreneur was still active somewhere in my depressed brain, and one fine day, I randomly decided to create my own journals and planners – the start of Poserlane! I knew from the beginning that I wanted to add affirmations and inspirational quotes to them in some form or the other, but little did I know that they’d play such a big role in my recovery.

After working on my planners for months and reading affirmations and these positive quotes every single day – without consciously repeating them in my head – I gradually became more positive, happy, and healthy and got back to my old, energetic self. Ever since then, they’ve become even more important to me, and I want to use Poserlane to help others with the same issues. The goal is to help people to become happier, healthier, overcome their struggles and reach their goals.
